Job Title: Senior System Engineer - Transform Digital Experiences
Job Description:

As a seasoned engineering expert, you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions, drive design decisions, and ensure the reliability and performance of our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 Tier 1 support for agent-facing applications, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and OPUS
- Manage escalated issues, incidents, and outages, and drive prompt resolution
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge-base, run books, and observability tools for proactive incident detection and problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Release Management, Product Development, and Tier 2 SRE teams, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and risk mitigation
- Optimize the overall T1 on-call process and incident response workflow, including alert rules, communication methods, and incident response plans
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus and managing high-performing teams
- 5+ years of experience with Incident Management, Incident response, and managing Tier 1 Production Operations teams
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies, and customer communications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visual Force, Lightning), Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Dynatrace, and ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and logging
