As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business-specific subject matter expertise on operational risks, complying with enterprise policies and programs, and designing business procedures and standards to ensure control management is embedded in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on operational risks, including privacy, third-party lifecycle management, and business continuity management
  • Assist in documenting and compiling guidance for business units on risk management policies and procedures
  • Support day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and programs
  • Collaborate with multiple partners across business units and functional areas to design and implement controls tailored to specialized risk areas
  • Research and gather topical risk knowledge to share with business unit process owners
  • Assist in administrative activities to compile and disseminate targeted training and awareness programs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
  • Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process governance, establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in assisting with day-to-day activities to support compliance with enterprise policies and programs
