We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Resident Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting American Campus Basic Operating Standards and Systems (BOSS), and fostering a vibrant community at Flamingo Crossings Village.

Location: Flamingo Crossings Village - Winter Garden, FL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled customer service and respect to residents and partners, while supporting American Campus Communities policies and procedures
  • Work a structured administrative shift in the office, including evenings, overnight, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Participate in the preparation, administration, and execution of weekly Turns, Move-Ins, and Move-Outs, and facility operations
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of newly hired staff members
  • Participate in a Shift Lead rotation, ensuring tasks are completed and communicating status to management

Requirements:

  • Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree or diploma in progress or completed from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service experience with effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to carry out instructions, problem-solve, collaborate, and work in a team environment
  • Skills in writing correspondences, presenting information, and responding to inquiries or complaints
