Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and sell home services, including TV/Internet, Phone, and other products, on behalf of brand partners
  • Participate in a 6-week remote virtual training program
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a high call volume (20-25 calls daily)
  • Aim to close sales on the first call interaction
  • Receive weekly coaching from a Team Lead and benefit from a supportive team environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay of $10/hr. plus uncapped commissions (top performers earn up to $60k annually)
  • Weekly and monthly contests, bonuses, and prizes
  • Guaranteed commission of $800-1800 over the first three months
  • 100% paid virtual training for 6 weeks
  • Flexible schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift (no later than 11-8 pm EST)
