Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and reports with precision and attention to detail
  • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings and webinars, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Support project management initiatives, including monitoring project progress, maintaining essential documentation, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners
  • Assemble and prepare briefing materials, status reports, and other project-related documents for internal and external audiences
  • Maintain thorough records of all project activities, including meeting summaries, project documentation, and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and CMS components to fulfill project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate's Degree or higher, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, ideally within the health care or government sectors
