The Streaming and Revelation Encounters Designing team at Netflix is responsible for improving the Netflix experience to delight, engage, and retain our members. We're looking for a product-focused Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive the growth of the Netflix application across our entire device ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of large customer-facing initiatives at Netflix
• Influence the development of critical technologies, architectures, and operations
• Apply strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to devise sound technical approaches to abstract goals
• Identify the systems required to build new solutions, adapt guides, and weigh relative priorities
• Establish a general plan for various teams to lift up and successfully launch new experiences for Netflix members
• Identify and mitigate technical risks

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for heading toward clarity and simplicity
• Experience making smart architecture decisions to fulfill the needs of a rapidly growing customer base across the globe
• Strong technical skills, with a focus on customer software, systems design, and architecture
• Ability to identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches, and see different perspectives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, software development, or leading software development projects

Desired Technical Skills:

• Customer software, systems design, and architecture experience
• Low-latency streaming, hardware, and system expertise
• Ability to provide insights into business, product, and technology tradeoffs

Desired Project Management Skills:

• Ability to devise and apply different approaches to the execution of complex drives
• Coordination across multiple independent tracks of work and organizations
• Risk identification and mitigation
