Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant - Remote Opportunity

Our expertise lies in recruiting top talent in telecommunications, energy, and technology, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team.
About the Role: As an Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of events for multiple clients, utilizing an applicant tracking system and calendar. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with candidates through phone calls, emails, and job boards to schedule interviews
- Managing a high volume of candidate interactions, with a goal of contacting 100 candidates daily
- Providing exceptional communication and customer service to candidates, clients, and team members
- Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Zoom to manage candidate data and communicate with stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

What We Offer:
- Competitive weekly salary ($400-$600) with performance bonuses
