Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-House Paralegal to join our Operations Team at Reset Tech. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our General Counsel to provide legal support and guidance across our global network of nonprofit organizations. Your expertise will help us build and sustain a positive organizational culture, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate agreements with contractors and grantees
  • Manage the contracts and grants process to ensure smooth and efficient processing
  • Support the Finance and Operations team with audit and regulatory filings in key jurisdictions (US, UK, Germany, and Australia)
  • Collaborate with the Global Support Manager to refine and improve our systems and processes
  • Conduct legal research and draft contracts, letters, policies, and other organizational documents
  • Support the General Counsel in their role as Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer
  • Develop and provide training to staff, contractors, and partners on legal and compliance matters

Your Profile:

  • Familiarity with law in the UK, US, or Germany (academic or professional background)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
