About the Role:
As an Overnight Inbound Stocking Expert, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating a welcoming experience for our guests by authentically greeting them and providing exceptional service
- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading and stocking merchandise
- Maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories
- Operating power equipment (if certified) and partnering with leaders to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Working with accuracy and attention to detail to manage defectives and environmentally sensitive items
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all aspects of your work

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
