We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Operations Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent for our high-volume non-exempt and exempt branch positions across the nation. As a key player in our team, you will focus on hiring for roles such as Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions or verticals, with a deep understanding of the market and job specifications
- Building and maintaining relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilizing multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to develop a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
- Screening resumes, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiating final offers
- Meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and collaborating with the Talent team and onboarding team to finalize the offer process
- Ensuring compliance with current legal standards and collaborating on future hiring processes and best practices

About You:
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual with at least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries. You should have:
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
