Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Leader, where you will have the opportunity to work from home and lead a team of senior client managers in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for American Airlines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our relationships with merchants, driving acceptance, and delivering value through innovative B2B solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 senior client managers, covering a portfolio of approximately 72 merchants in the shipping, cargo, and discount auto vertical. Your expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and industry knowledge will be essential in driving revenue growth and delivering value to our merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with merchants
- Lead a team of senior client managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, driving acceptance and delivering value through innovative B2B solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to drive revenue growth and expand share within merchant relationships
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FinTech and B2B automation space, with a focus on the shipping, cargo, and discount auto industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and industry knowledge
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and deliver value to merchants
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
