Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Weekend On-Call Coordinator. This role involves managing and coordinating in-home care services during off-hours, addressing client and caregiver needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to client and caregiver satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments
- Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping
