Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Weekend On-Call Coordinator. This role involves managing and coordinating in-home care services during off-hours, addressing client and caregiver needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to client and caregiver satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours
  • Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently
  • Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours
  • Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments
  • Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred
  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping
