We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our marketing team and play a critical role in engaging with website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and driving business growth.

As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid remote environment, balancing your time between our remote office and home. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with website visitors in real-time through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com and transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in the live chat platform and stay up-to-date on BOXX's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
  • Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment.
  • Perform other assigned tasks to support the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred.
  • Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Tactful and inquisitive.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm.
  • Must comply with all company employment policies.
