Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner
- Manage inside sales activities, preparing and submitting product proposals and quotes, and following up with clients to ensure seamless sales experiences
- Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer-centricity
- Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition to our services and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program, monitoring customer orders and overseeing product shipment tracking
- Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving for one-touch resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience preferred, although not mandatory
