Job Responsibilities
- Address the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits
- Maintain professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain production and adherence standards
- Assist callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accurate keyboard skills with a demonstrated ability to enter data efficiently
