We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual Spanish Social Work Clinician to join our Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a key member of our Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program, you will play a vital role in delivering short-term intensive in-home services to youth ages 5-17, with the goal of preventing psychiatric emergency room visits and inpatient admissions.

As a Bilingual Spanish Social Work Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based treatments virtually and in-home, with a goal of 2-3 visits per week per patient. You will also provide care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis management, while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Opportunities for teaching and professional growth are also available.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to children and adolescents in a hybrid virtual and in-person model
  • Provide care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including schools and community providers
  • Participate in supervision and routine clinical check-ins

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Limited Permit
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency
  • Experience with child behavioral health, crisis management, and trauma
