As an ABA/Autism Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team in Tyrone, GA. As an ABA/Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
  • Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintaining professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
  • 1-year ABA experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Registered Behavioral Certification (RBT), or willingness to obtain with our assistance
