We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Management Developer to join our dynamic team at Workwarp. As a Content Management Developer, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our existing content management system (OpenText Content Server), developing and implementing ECM solutions, and creating interface packages between Hobby Lobby applications and OpenText Content Server. You will also prepare technical documentation, perform unit and system testing, and provide end-user support for in-house advanced applications.

Primary Functions/Activity Description:

  • Administer and maintain our existing content management system (OpenText Content Server)
  • Develop, install, and maintain ECM solutions to meet the needs of various departments
  • Create interface packages between Hobby Lobby applications and OpenText Content Server
  • Prepare technical documentation for assigned development tasks
  • Perform unit and system testing of custom-developed applications and third-party software
  • Provide end-user support for in-house advanced applications and OpenText Content Server
  • Coordinate project implementations with DBA, system administrators, trade control, and technical support

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience with OpenText Content Server
  • 2-4 years of development experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture and database fundamentals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent problem-solving and self-direction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise Search, Capture Center, Employer Join, Data Management, Archive Center, Web Reports, or Extended ECM
  • Experience with Visual Studio
  • Strong programming skills in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, C#, and Microsoft SQL
  • Proficiency with web development tools and languages (HTML, CSS, jQuery)
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
