We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $53,300 to $71,300 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role & Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Executive Producer(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for problem-solving, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, and being self-motivated with the ability to anticipate and manage shifting priorities with ease. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing high-volume scheduling for multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the executive, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all attendees.
  • Answering and responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner, serving as a primary point of contact for the executive.
  • Preparing decks for internal and external creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up creative materials, to showcase our team's innovative and creative work.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of, and providing exceptional support to the executive and team members.
  • Facilitating communication between team members across multiple series, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, and promoting open communication and feedback.
  • Additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative or personal assistant, with entertainment, network, or talent agency experience preferred.
  • Able to communicate with professionalism and poise with all levels of executives, management, and staff, including high-level entertainment industry talent, agents, vendors, and diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and excellent follow-through skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Creative-minded, innovative, solutions-oriented, and efficient, with a strong ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and partner well with others, build strong, effective relationships, and maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Keynote, PowerPoint, and Final Draft, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
