Destination Event Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

• Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
• Stay informed about luxury travel trends and emerging villa destinations to provide relevant recommendations
• Participate in familiarization trips/tours and ongoing training as needed
• Obtain certification to book travel within 5 days of starting
• Maintain accurate documentation of client forms and records
• Stay active on social media platforms to reach clients and promote our services
• Participate in group meetings/trainings and contribute to team discussions
• Verify all information from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness
