**Responsibilities:** * Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and Zoom calls, to provide assistance, answer queries, and address concerns. * Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, either on-site, at our facility, or remotely via Zoom, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the benefits of our products. * Collaborate with software developers and the Research and Development team to test machines and software, providing valuable feedback for product enhancement. * Create and maintain documentation, including instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications, to facilitate customer success and minimize downtime. * Participate in project rotations to gain experience and build skills relevant to your career development. **Basic Qualifications:** * Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information to customers. * Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and software issues. * Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills for interacting with customers. * Experience with Windows operating system and associated applications. * Willingness to travel for work approximately two weeks per month. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Post-secondary degree in a related discipline, such as Software Development, Engineering, or Business. * Proficient writing skills. **Additional Details:** * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Compensation based on experience. * Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other applicable perks. * Work location: Osceola, Wisconsin. * COVID-19 precautions are implemented as necessary. **Working in Osceola, Wisconsin:** Nestled away in the industrial park of Osceola, Wisconsin, Bend-Tech is mere minutes away from Osceola's Historic Downtown, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and historical buildings to visit over your 1-hour lunch break.
