Key Responsibilities:
- Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records
- Address a variety of enrollment questions or concerns
- Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate transfer of eligibility data
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of Eligibility verification experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- QuickBase knowledge
- Strong data entry skills
- Less than 10% travel for quarterly meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medicaid or Medicare experience
- Experience with working at home
- Flexibility and a team player mindset
Education:
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
