About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Product Management leader to join our Digital Technology Product Management Group as a Senior Vice President. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our digital platforms, products, and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the long-term strategic vision (3-5 years) and complete platform portfolio within your category/division.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to drive strategic direction and investment decisions.
- Develop and communicate the long-term vision and goals that drive working backwards strategies for a portfolio of platform products.
- Lead company-wide decision making for the platform product domain, inspiring a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Leverage customer research, feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends to drive investment choices that cultivate long-term innovation for the business and customer.
- Own the organizational planning and serve as the representative to Executives, compiling content for periodic Exec level communications.
- Continuously monitor KPIs of portfolio and review regularly with technology peers and business partners.
- Make trade-off decisions for category/division platform product portfolio, owning business and platform requirements for a large enterprise or portfolio of platform products.
- Set the direction for the platform design for a large enterprise or portfolio of platform products, determining release goals and creating a comprehensive user experience.
- Develop methods for prioritization and triage of new changes and defects for the team, making key decisions on showstoppers and end product quality.
- Communicate effectively with Sr. Management, assessing alternatives to resolve issues and building plans for resolution.
- Audit and manage risk, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning roles.
- Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- First-class leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a Tech Team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
