- Work closely with other departments to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
