Customer Service Specialist - Remote Opportunity with HSN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at HSN. - Answer inbound customer calls and provide personalized support to customers
 - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
 - Work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
 - Report to an assigned Supervisor and work a set schedule and structured day

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual opportunity available)
 - High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop (Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years)
 - Headset compatible with HSN specifications
 - Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
 - Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
 
Training and Development:
- Paid training period with required attendance and participation
 - Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
