Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management to join our Marketing Center of Excellence team at Disney Experiences. As a key member of our Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the DX businesses by ensuring accurate, effective, and efficient administration of budgetary tasks. You will serve as a liaison between global marketing teams and finance teams, providing strategic, financial, and analytical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for payment and facilitate timely remittance with multiple partners
  • Manage and prioritize payment activities using CE workflow system
  • Research and resolve issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple Disney businesses and organizations
  • Present and communicate effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives
  • Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and lead daily communications, inquiries, and updates
  • Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
  • Assist in the development of new tracking and reporting templates and help prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas
  • Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive results through proactive problem-solving, detail orientation, and partnership skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
