We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Florida. As a key member of our Heavy Commercial Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers, and promoting our products in the commercial market.

As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key specifiers, including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors, to drive sales growth and increase market share. You will work closely with our regional Rep Agencies, participate in joint sales calls, and provide product training and support to customers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, design, or related field, with 5+ years of specification selling experience in the industry
  • Strong technical skills, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of the plumbing industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Outlook, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key specifiers, including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share through strategic planning and execution
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including lunch-and-learn sessions and site demonstrations
  • Work closely with our regional Rep Agencies, sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a database of key influencers, track sales performance, and provide regular updates to management
