As a Bilingual Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, providing personalized support and resolving complex account questions via phone, email, and online chat. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers
 - Resolve complex account questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
 - Personalize the customer experience, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
 - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving business growth and success
 
What You'll Need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
 - Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred)
 - Ability to work from home with a focus space and limited distractions
 - High-speed Internet service and proficiency in MS Office and internal programs
 - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
 - Confidence, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
 - Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)
