Job Title: Analyst, HR Compliance - American Airlines Entry Level Carport Jobs in Texas ($27/Hour)

Job Description:

As an Analyst, HR Compliance, you will play a vital role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, investigating and communicating requirements, and supporting the HR Compliance team and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and communicate legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Support the HR Compliance team and activities, including acquiring fingerprint/background check results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
  • Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
  • Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and resolve any database issues
  • Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
  • Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
  • Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
  • Review completed Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in HR
  • Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Vlookup
  • Advanced Access skills
  • Ability to interpret large data sets to create meaningful reports
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
