We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Korean Selling Partner Support Associate to join our team at Amazon. As a key interface between Amazon and our business partners, you will provide exceptional support to merchants selling on our platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide timely and accurate operational assistance to merchants. You will address system issues, develop internal documentation, and adhere to service level agreements, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and enthusiasm for process improvement will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers and merchants, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, effectively managing difficult issues and portraying the company in a positive light
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, using departmental resources, policies, and procedures to achieve goals
- Contribute to a positive work environment, proactively aiding teammates with challenging contacts as needed
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments, to resolve seller issues and questions
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Korean
- 6+ months of experience in a customer service/contact center environment (advantageous)
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
- Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Applications, Excel, and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox
- Business acumen in e-commerce and retail (advantageous)
- Process improvement awareness and experience
- Enthusiasm, strong self-motivation, and excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain a high degree of flexibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity
- Desired skill-sets include MS Office Applications, Excel, and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox
