Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web, addressing questions and concerns about billing, insurance verification, products, and services
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to pharmacists or other experts as needed
- Deliver technical assistance to customers navigating our website and provide support with insurance, payments, and shipping inquiries
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Background in the medical field or related industry
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
