Remote Accounting Analyst Opportunity

As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving financial success by providing support to the Finance Unit, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and recording invoices, ensuring consistency and accuracy according to organizational guidelines and policies
- Preparing payments, ensuring the safety of financial resources, and maintaining appropriate supporting documents for transactions
- Recording financial transactions, maintaining an updated Fixed Assets register, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Managing VAT accounts, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, and ensuring timely payment of bills and invoices
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- CPA II or ACCA level 2 certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software packages (preferably UNIT 4 Agresso)
- Aptitude for understanding complex regulations, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills in English
