We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our IT clients, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues with ease. Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, present, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Provide expert guidance to IT clients on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN system software.
  • Take ownership of issues, resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams to investigate and resolve system-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, printer configurations, and remote access setup, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide 24/7 support to our clients, and be available for occasional travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop software and hardware troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Proven experience supporting laptops in a Windows/TCPIP environment, with a strong understanding of Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 7.
  • A+ certification and MCSE/MCP certification are highly desirable, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
