We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Amazon store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing and Optimization: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
  • Order Management: Monitor and manage order processing, shipment tracking, and customer communication to ensure a seamless and positive buying experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Amazon PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize return on investment.

Working Schedule:

This is a flexible work-from-home position with a standard working time of 40 hours per week. However, flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate peak business hours and urgent tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its various functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail best practices.
