Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing and Optimization: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Order Management: Monitor and manage order processing, shipment tracking, and customer communication to ensure a seamless and positive buying experience.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Working Schedule:
