Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (any graduate/PG eligible to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Clear communication with both internal and external customers
- Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
- Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Good typing skills
