As a CSM, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our top vendor partners, providing strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and operational support to help them achieve their business goals and maximize their sales on Amazon.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors, understanding their unique needs and challenges

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online retail dynamics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
