This position is strategically chartered with the acquisition, development, and management of high-value product selections that enhance our customer offerings, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. As a Strategic Marketplace Growth Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to attract leading marketplace players, expand our product portfolio, and cultivate a thriving seller ecosystem. You will be a key contributor to our mission of providing an unparalleled selection and exceptional value to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deep Marketplace Expertise: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, participation in industry events, and compelling presentations.
  • Seller Enablement & Best Practices: Guide sellers on effective online selling strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize their product listings, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their business objectives.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify and resolve seller challenges, ensuring a positive and productive marketplace environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise sales, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding targets through a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • A strong aptitude for promoting new merchandise and offerings into new markets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, a solid working knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with comfort in interpreting complex economic data.
  • Proven ability to anticipate and lead in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated capacity for managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience within the e-commerce sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
