Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer assistance by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy, and effectively resolving issues.
- Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance.
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments, adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, assisting with inventory, and ensuring product availability.
- Support store operations by assisting with opening/closing procedures and maintaining department supplies.
- Provide customer care across all departments, ensuring areas are well-stocked and functioning efficiently.
- Assist pharmacy staff as needed and stay informed about new services and loyalty programs.
- Maintain physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Possess visual acuity to perform tasks such as operating a workstation and reading.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
