Join the rapidly growing CVS Media Trade (CMX) team as our Learning and Development Manager and play a pivotal role in empowering our talented experts. This is a remote position offering a dynamic and impactful opportunity to build and execute a cutting-edge learning strategy across sales, marketing, operations, product, partnerships, and analytics.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business needs and emerging trends.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs (virtual and in-person) to upskill and reskill our diverse workforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through recognition programs, development initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and integrate development opportunities into the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion a robust onboarding process for new hires.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in business, retail, and consumer product.
  • 6+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail media or retail/e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to develop learning guides and translate them into actionable programs.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to integrate new learnings into existing frameworks.
  • Experience with learning methodologies focused on recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning, Development, HR, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
