What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
  • Administer vaccinations and injections, providing patient education and counseling.
  • Manage patient appointments, conduct assessments, and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive care plan.
  • Empower patients to actively participate in their healthcare through health screenings and wellness programs.
  • Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Successful completion of the SPI test within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish proficiency preferred).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to pass a FIT assessment and wear a respirator mask when required.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience as a student preceptor within a MinuteClinic setting.

Education & Requirements:

  • Graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State licensure.
  • Or, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) with current National Board Accreditation and State licensure.
