Product Owner, Adaptive Portal (Remote)

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the voice of the business, translating stakeholder needs into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize value.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, including workshops and user acceptance testing.
  • Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Champion the Adaptive Portal, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our members and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.
  • 1+ year of experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with UMR CPS, Aerial/Optum, Clinical Knowledge, or Optum Adaptive Portal domains.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
  • Understanding of data structures within healthcare domains.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the U.S. You'll be expected to work standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday) and may be required to work occasional overtime.
