Associate Event Project Manager

As a leading provider of event solutions, we're seeking an ambitious and detail-driven Associate Event Project Manager to join our team. With a strong focus on life sciences, our platform powers Onomi, an innovative HCP engagement product that enables medical and commercial teams to host impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars.
We're looking for an event professional with a passion for delivering outstanding attendee experiences through app-based event solutions. As an Associate Event Project Manager, you'll work with a diverse range of Life Science, Professional Services, and Enterprise clients, becoming a subject matter expert for SpotMe/Onomi solutions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with a customer-centric mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Our most successful Project Managers can progress to Senior roles within 2-3 years, unlocking new opportunities for career growth.
In this role, you'll:
- Independently build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage (35%)
- Professionally manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience (20%)
- Coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and customers to ensure seamless event execution (20%)
- Oversee event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handle post-event communications, analyzing data and delivering insightful reports (25%)
As an Associate Event Project Manager, you'll be onboarded to our company, familiarizing yourself with our systems and processes. Your objectives will include:
Within the first month:
- Get certified with our SpotMe Academy and build platforms with your line manager
- Get trained on our project delivery processes and shadow colleagues in meetings across each event project stage
- Participate in virtual live events or onsite events to experience our live engagement capabilities and onsite logistics solutions
After 3 months:
- Take the lead in your first event as Project Lead, managing the Kick Off call with timely client communication and sound technical knowledge
- Build your first new event in Backstage with supervision, demonstrating quality follow-up emails and error-free email configuration
- Deliver at least one live event day as Project Lead or Onsite Coordinator, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
After 6 months:
- Deliver multiple live events, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and receiving praise from customers for your contributions to successful event delivery
- Build all existing and new events in Backstage with minimal supervision, demonstrating quality follow-up emails and error-free core modules
