Our Credit and Fraud Risk team is a critical part of our organization, responsible for managing enterprise risks and developing industry-first data capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables, improve process quality, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and integrate with global business partners
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research)
  • Advanced degree (Masters+) and knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python are a plus

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
