Remote Director – Finance Operations

Overview The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing planning, analytics, and reporting for a multi-state Dental offices. This role ensures financial integrity and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams Responsibilities Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**): • Lead strategic financial initiatives and projects for the field. • Provide oversite of financial performance for all active offices • Partner with key operational leaders to drive profitability and accountability of financials • Assist in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decisions. • Manage relationships with external departments from real estate, analytics etc. • Mentor and develop finance leaders across the organization. Work Environment Office-based with occasional travel to regional offices and clinics across 24 states. Hybrid / Remote work arrangements may be available. Physical Demands Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of files or office supplies. Requires extended periods of computer use. Partners with others to get work done. Gains trust and support of others. Education Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
