Patient Access - Revenue Cycle eLearning Instructional Designer
Description:
• Design and develop technical eLearning and instructor-led training programs for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications.
• Apply instructional systems design (ISD) principles and adult learning techniques to create impactful content.
• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office Suite to create online training modules.
• Edit, splice, and enhance voiceover audio for eLearning courses.
• Manage content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Assess usability and training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Epic certification (in at least one application) required
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching technical systems and curriculum development.
• At least 2 years of experience developing eLearning modules for technical systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating instructor-led technical training content.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience required.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs.
