Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest Ads Manager for Gardening Course Launch

I'm launching a Fall Gardening Course designed to teach beginner and intermediate gardeners—especially seniors, families, and community members—how to grow their own food using simple and sustainable methods. I need an experienced ads manager to build and run high-converting Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ad campaigns that drive signups through an existing sales funnel. What I Need Help With: Research and build targeted audiences (Core, Lookalike, Retargeting) Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on: Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) Pinterest Ads (optional but preferred) Write or refine ad copy and choose high-performing creatives (I’ll provide images and short videos, but your feedback is welcome) Test, track, and optimize campaigns for conversions Use a modest but growing budget effectively Generate 10–20 quality leads per week and convert them into course signups Set up Facebook pixel and/or Google Analytics tracking (if needed) Target Audience Includes: Adults ages 35–70+ interested in: Gardening, homesteading, organic food DIY, sustainable living, food security Local community gardening and self-reliance Focused on people in the Southeast US, particularly South Carolina and surrounding areas Retirees, seniors, educators, and health-conscious families About Me: I’m Dexter Ashford of Ashford Family Farms. I’m an author, educator, and microfarmer teaching people how to grow big food in small spaces. I work closely with schools, churches, and community groups to bring gardening, STEM, and social-emotional learning together. Deliverables: Live ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (and Pinterest if possible) Custom and Lookalike Audiences Weekly ad performance reports Conversion-focused ad copy and visuals (I’ll provide core content) Ideal Candidate Has: Proven experience running successful ad campaigns for online courses, coaching, or lifestyle education Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Ability to provide strategic guidance and reporting Bonus if familiar with gardening, sustainability, or working with older adult audiences Project Timeline: Start immediately Campaigns run through mid-November (at minimum), with potential for ongoing work Budget: Negotiable depending on experience and deliverables.
