About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Sales Executive with a strong background as an Art Agent or Art Consultant. This role requires a proactive sales professional who understands the nuances of selling high-value art pieces and securing art commissions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the art world, experience in handling both private and institutional clients, and the skills to generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, but availability in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for artworks and commission projects.
• Sell art pieces to clients through direct outreach, galleries, exhibitions, museums, and art shows.
• Build strong relationships with gallery directors, curators, collectors, and museum professionals.
• Communicate with past clients via email and phone to encourage repeat purchases or referrals.
• Secure artist commission opportunities by matching artists with collectors’ and institutions’ needs.
• Represent the artist’s work professionally and persuasively at virtual events (when applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for featured artworks.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in art sales, art consulting, or art agency roles.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and building high-value client relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fine art market, galleries, exhibitions, and Jewish museum channels.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs and maintaining organized sales pipelines.
• Self-Motivation: Results-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Professionalism: High attention to detail, integrity, and excellent client-facing presentation skills.
• Location Preference: Based in or familiar with U.S. markets and able to work EST hours.
