Sales Workflow + CRM Integration Expert (Pipedrive, MixMax, Typeform, Zapier)

I need a smart, fast-moving expert who can help me fix and streamline our sales system across CRM, email sequences, and lead tracking — and actually do the work, not just advise.
You should be able to jump on a call when needed to help troubleshoot live, but I’m looking for someone who can also work independently on the backend and move fast. I don’t have time to sit in tutorials — I need support from someone who understands this setup cold and can help me make it work.
What I need help with:
Syncing and optimizing our CRM (Pipedrive) with our full stack
Connecting MixMax with Pipedrive + Gmail to properly track sequences, opens, replies, and follow-up activity
Resolving Typeform-to-Pipedrive issues — deduplication, partial leads, segmentation, missing tags
Cleaning up the entire lead flow so inbound and outbound leads are categorized, visible, and trackable
Helping structure and build a clean sales performance dashboard (not just a spreadsheet) — showing lead sources, follow-up rate, reply rate, quote rate, quote-to-close %, etc.
Creating or optimizing automations with Zapier where it makes sense
Advising where our stack is the issue — and suggesting fast, practical fixes if something should be swapped out

Context:
I’m an exec leading sales at a fast-moving startup. We’re getting solid inbound volume but struggling to report clearly on what’s converting and what’s getting stuck. We need real visibility across the pipeline — and I need help untangling some tech debt while still hitting our revenue goals.
