In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our digital marketing strategy, focusing on expanding our reach to AV and IT companies. You'll lead our social media initiatives, optimize our e-commerce platforms, and develop compelling campaigns to onboard new dealers. What You'll Do: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our e-commerce platform, and generate leads for new dealer sign-ups. • Lead our social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and industry-specific forums to connect with AV and IT professionals. • Optimize our e-commerce site for improved user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance, ensuring a seamless journey for our existing and prospective dealers. • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to target AV and IT companies and encourage new dealer registrations. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the wholesale electronics distribution space. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that directly support dealer recruitment and retention. • Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media marketing and e-commerce marketing. • Proven success in developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard new B2B clients or partners. • Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels, particularly in the wholesale or distribution sector. • Expertise in managing social media channels, content creation, and engagement strategies. • Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and optimizing online sales funnels. • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). • Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives. • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as relevant. • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales. • Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends, optimize content performance, and inform future strategies. • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance optimization. • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for a B2B audience. • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with the AV or IT industries is a significant plus.
