New and Emerging Real Estate Agent Fall Training Program

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in real estate. As a Real Estate Agent in Training, you will work closely with experienced brokers and mentors while learning the skills needed to become a successful real estate agent. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, train, and develop into a full-time real estate sales professional. Key Responsibilities: • Shadow experienced agents during client meetings, property showings, and negotiations. • Assist with marketing efforts including social media, open houses, and listing promotions. • Learn to use CRM systems, MLS, and brokerage tools for client management and property research. • Support transaction processes, including preparing paperwork, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with lenders/title companies. • Develop strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and property values. • Commit to continuous learning through company-provided training, mentorship, and workshops. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or marketing preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn. • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. • A real estate license in either Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia or Florida • Basic computer skills and comfort with social media/marketing platforms. Compensation: This is a commission-based career. Fall Training Class: Agents will have the opportunity to participate in our Fall Training Class. Seasoned agents and lenders will be joining the training class in order to provide industry insights and specific training.
